International English language Testing System(IELTS) is conducting mainly to measure the English language proficiency of the individuals who are preparing to study or work in countries where English is wielded as a Master Langage of Communication. Mainly the countries British, UK and Australia are conducting this exam around the world. An aspirant can appear for the exam as much as he wants. IELTS is conducted 4 or 5 times every month and the score of it is valid for 2 years.
